Shane Deay
President and Chief Executive Officer

As President, CEO, and Co-founder of CourseSeeker, Shane’s responsibilities include communication of the strategic direction of CourseSeeker, marketing and sales, establishing vendor relationships, and overseeing the non-technical operations of CourseSeeker. Prior to CourseSeeker, Shane was the founder of Avant Corporation which specializes in ITSM education and consulting services. He is also a co-founder of The National Association for Business Service Management. With over 17 years of IT experience, Shane began his career as an applications/database programmer in the financial services industry with progressive shifts towards operations management consulting roles for various industries including telecomm and hospitality. Mr. Deay received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Rich Campbell
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, and a co-founder of CourseSeeker, Rich is responsible for the on-line marketing strategy and tactics of CourseSeeker. Prior to joining CourseSeeker, Rich co-founded Engage Software where he specialized in leveraging the latest technologies to streamline business workflow by providing a variety of marketing solutions. Rich received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.

Kevin O’Brien 
Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, and a co-founder of CourseSeeker, Kevin’s responsibilities include management of the technical and back office operations of CourseSeeker. With more than 15 years of IT experience, Kevin has successfully developed and managed enterprise class solutions to streamline and automate work processes for clients including SBC Communications and AT&T. Prior to joining CourseSeeker, Kevin co-founded Engage Software. Kevin received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and his M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Henry Kenuam
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer, and a co-founder of CourseSeeker, Henry’s responsibilities include defining the technical architecture of CourseSeeker. Henry ensures that the technologies used are proven and that the system designs are of the highest quality.  Before joining CourseSeeker, Henry co-founded Engage Software. He has over 13 years of Information Technology experience in Software Development and Design including a multi-million dollar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Maritz.
